2. Privacy-First Principles & No Tracking Cookies

We respect your digital privacy. Our website is built with strict privacy-by-design principles:

No Tracking Cookies: We do not set analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies.
No Third-Party Analytics: We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or user profiling tools.
Self-Hosted Typography: All fonts and icons are hosted directly on our server. No requests are made to Google Fonts servers.

3. Server Log Files & Technical Delivery

When accessing this website, the hosting server automatically records standard connection information in server logs:

IP address of the accessing device
Date and time of server request
Requested URI path and HTTP method
HTTP response status code
Browser user agent and referrer URL (if sent by your browser)

Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Legitimate Interest) for ensuring website stability, network security, and preventing abusive or DDoS attacks. Server log files are kept strictly for temporary troubleshooting and are rotated/deleted periodically.

4. Guestbook Entries & Spam Protection

When you submit a note to our public guestbook:

Public Information: The name or handle and the message text you submit are stored and publicly displayed on the website.
Spam Protection & Rate Limiting: To protect our website from spam bots and automated abuse, your IP address is hashed using a cryptographic salt. This pseudonymous hash is stored temporarily to enforce rate limits (maximum 5 posts per 10 minutes) and is automatically deleted within 1 hour.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (Consent) for the publication of your note, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Legitimate Interest) for anti-abuse rate limiting.
Right to Deletion: You can request the removal or editing of your guestbook entry at any time by sending an email to angelismband@proton.me citing your name and message details.

5. Two-Click Embedded Audio & Video

We provide embedded music and video players to share our releases. To protect your privacy, these players are disabled by default via a 2-click consent mechanism.

No external connection or cookie exchange occurs until you explicitly click stream audio or check remember choice. When activated, external content from the respective service is embedded:
